The First Post of the Year

Hey everyone,

We hope you all had a great holiday and are excited for 2010. Sean, Adam and I had a wonderful time in NY. We were glad we got to spend so much time with family and that Adam finally got to meet his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Life in Indiana is going well. Sean started classes again two weeks ago and thus far thinks he will have a pretty good semester. I am still on maternity leave for work and will be going back the second or so week of February.

Adam is growing like a weed. He had an appointment with the pediatrician this past Monday. He is 12lbs 9 0z and 24 inches long! Most babies double their birth weight by 6 months, he is almost there and is only 2 months old. Yikes! He also had his first round of vaccinations which was a little traumatic. He screamed for about 30 seconds but calmed down as soon as I picked him up and cuddled him. He is very wiggly too. He is smiling much more now which has been really fun for us. So thus far he is a happy healthy baby, which we are very grateful for. Now if he would just learn to sleep longer at night life would be perfect!

Hope you all are doing well and making it through the winter. We are quickly approaching the dirty snow phase. Ughh! Take care and enjoy the pictures.
