Nat and Mike's wedding certainly was a day to remember. Despite the August heat we all had a fantastic time. I can remember getting teary-eyed during the ceremony while they made their vows. I tried desperately to hide my emotion but relinquished after I noticed the other Cain sisters doing to the same. I will always remember the "man swarm" that surrounded me on the dance floor towards the end of the reception. Mike's groom party encircled me and swayed back and forth to the Outkast song "So Fresh and So Clean". I think they may have been a bit drunk. I prayed that mom and dad would not see me as I was only 16 (turning 17) at the time. Overall it was a momentous Cain/Christman event. I dug through photo albums and found some really great pictures. I'm posting a few to help jog peoples' memories. Happy Anniversary Nat and Mike.
