runaway Sheryl

It was my junior year of highschool and I was getting ready for my last dance recital. Sheryl loved to watch me dance as well as mom and dad. I was doing something different that year. I would not be dancing with my class but with one other person. I thought that was pretty cool. Anyway my teacher decided to have us act out little red riding hood. I was to be little red riding hood any the other girl( can't remember her name) was to be the wolf. We had spent many months practicing and working very hard. It came time for the performance and all of the family was there. We made it through without any mess ups. After everything was done mom, dad and sheryl came up to congratulate me. I asked Sheryl if she wanted to meet the wolf. She was a little hesitant but agreed. My friend came up to say hello to Sheryl. Sheryl took one look at her started crying and ran up to the doors and into the hallway. Aparently she was " a little scared". We tried to tell her it was just a mask but she was not having it. To this day I can still picture her saying "no!!!" crying and running away. What can we expect I think she was only 3or4 years old. Happy Birthday Sheryld!
